Arnaud is a Senior Vice President and Director of KAE. He is also KAE’s Customer Experience Practice Lead. Arnaud has over 20 years’ experience of leading high profile high impact multi-country projects and has particular expertise in Financial Services and payments (in particular acquiring).

Biography

Arnaud is a Senior Vice President and Director of KAE. He is also KAE’s Customer Experience Practice Lead. Arnaud has over 20 years’ experience of leading high profile high impact multi-country projects and has particular expertise in Financial Services and payments (in particular acquiring), focusing on marketing analysis, market prioritization and entry, pricing strategy and marketing strategy.

He has designed and led numerous in-depth assessments with senior executives and key decision-makers. He has also been a key advisor to many of KAE’s clients and supported on business case creation and dissemination. Arnaud has also worked outside Financial Services in industries such as Telecoms, IT and media on a European and global scale.

Chris is a Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing. He is also KAE’s FinTech Practice Lead. Chris joined KAE in 2007 and during this time, he has managed multiple high profile global projects across the payments, banking, FinTech, AltFi and Telecoms industries. His specialist skills are geared to NPD, market sizing and opportunity assessments, benchmarking, best practice identification and go-to-market initiatives.

As part of his focus on the payments industry, Chris sits across the Commercial Payments International (CPI) advisory boards (Global, U.S., Europe & Asia) and is a regular key note speaker at CPI events. Chris has been actively involved with CPI since December 2015 and was invited to become an advisory board member in 2016.

Tom is a Senior Vice President and Head of Analytics. Tom has over ten years' experience in global consulting and is a specialist in the Financial Services, Telecoms and FMCG sectors. He specialises in designing data-led solutions for the most challenging client problems, focusing on sourcing and analysing the most relevant and valuable data.

His professional experience began in the Telecoms sector, and has included working on everything from mobile Financial Services to fixed line voice services. As an analyst and industry commentator, his insights have been quoted in The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and by Reuters, among others. He has also provided advice to senior stakeholders in countries as diverse as Uganda, China, Brazil and the US.

Sarah Hawley

Sarah is a Vice President and Head of Business Consulting. She also leads KAE’s People function. Sarah has worked on a wide variety of consulting projects for a range of KAE clients and has been a key advisor to many senior stakeholders.

Sarah is a Vice President and Head of Business Consulting. Due to her passion for people and talent management, she also leads the People function within KAE. She has over 9 years’ experience with KAE and has worked on a wide variety of consulting projects for a range of KAE clients. She has also been a key advisor to many senior stakeholders. Sarah has particular expertise in managing marketing intelligence, market sizing, market prioritisation and go-to-market projects on a global and pan-European level.

Prior to KAE, Sarah worked at LexisNexis, part of the Reed Elsevier Group, for five years where she gained a wealth of client experience on strategy formulation, marketing analysis, quantitative research and qualitative research. She frequently puts on her old ‘client hat’ to ensure we exceed our clients’ expectations.

Omar is a Vice President and Head of APAC. His specialist skills are geared towards market opportunity analysis, market sizing, market segmentation and market prioritization, with a strong focus on B2B markets. Omar has worked with a variety of global renowned Financial Services brands across the Asia-Pacific area and also across Europe and the Middle East, helping improve the way they do business. Being fluent in English, German, and Arabic, Omar has been a trusted advisor for many of KAE’s clients and he has increasingly become a trusted advisor on regional expansion opportunities.

Omar has held roles at a variety of other companies such as Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, the Austrian Embassy in Cairo, and the UNHCR.

Robert Porter

Robert is the Group Finance Director of KAE’s parent company, Optimisa Limited. He has 20 years’ international investment and private banking experience and now focuses on the strategic financial and operational management of KAE and other Optimisa investments.

Biography

Robert is the Group Finance Director of KAE’s parent company, Optimisa Limited. He has 20 years’ international investment and private banking experience, having worked in senior roles with responsibility for finance and operations in organisations including Samuel Montague, LTCB Bank of Japan, Republic National Bank of New York and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. Since 2000 Robert has focused on SME’s in the media and a variety of other international sectors.

He now focuses on the strategic financial and operational management of KAE and other Optimisa group investments. Robert qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, before moving to Price Waterhouse, Texas.
