Richard has over 15 years’ worth of consulting & senior marketing management experience, including 3 years developing his own consultancy before joining KAE.
Utilising and applying his strong background in analytics & insight, Richard consults on the challenges of businesses from multiple sectors. Maximising customer value through Acquisition, Retention & Proposition Development is his area of specialisation. Richard’s career as an analyst has covered a multitude of industries including Public Services, Retail & Insurance. He has managed teams and projects on a global basis for an equally diverse group of companies, most recently with Zurich Insurance.

Biography

Chris is the SVP of Marketing and Business Development at KAE. He also heads KAE's FinTech practice and leads multiple work streams for KAE's clients. Chris joined KAE in 2007 and during this time, he has managed multiple high profile global projects across the payments, banking, FinTech, AltFi and telco industries. His specialist skills are geared to NPD, market sizing and opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and best practice identification. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) Business Studies degree from the Cass Business School and is also a qualified professional marketer (DipM) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Arnaud is a Director of KAE and manages the firm’s largest account. He has over 15 years’ experience handling multi-market projects and has particular expertise in competitor intelligence, market prioritisation, market entry and marketing strategy.

Arnaud is the Head of Consulting at KAE and has over 15 years’ experience leading multi-market projects for KAE. Arnaud has particular expertise in market sizing and evaluation, market entry strategies, marketing strategy and competitor intelligence. He has designed and managed numerous in-depth interviewing programs with senior executives and key decision-makers. Arnaud has also worked outside financial services in industries such as telecommunications, IT, and media on a European and global scale.

Robert Porter

Finance Director

Robert spent 20 years in international investment and private banking, having worked in senior roles with responsibility for finance and operations. He now focuses on the strategic financial and operational management of KAE and other Optimisa group companies.

Biography

Robert, who is Group Finance Director of KAE’s parent company, Optimisa PLC, spent 20 years in international investment & private banking, working in senior roles with responsibility for finance and operations with organisations including Samuel Montague, LTCB Bank of Japan, Republic National Bank of New York and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. Since 2000 Robert has focused on SME’s in media and a variety of other international sectors.
Robert focuses on the strategic financial and operational management of KAE and other Optimisa group companies.
He graduated from the London School of Economics and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, before moving to Price Waterhouse, Texas.
